A chainsaw. Hard to go wrong with Stihl. They can be dangerous so read the instructions carefully and wear the appropriate safety equipment.
If you don't want to buy a chainsaw, they sell "pruning" blades for reciprocating saws. The cutting will be slower than with a chainsaw.
Finally there's the old fashioned bow saw. The cheapest option and they require old fashioned elbow grease.
